Adherence to values and principles is more important than following instructions and checklists
In difficulties, we are guided by principles and values to make quality decisions for our clients and us. Standards, guidelines and checklists are necessary to make our work faster and better, but it is impossible and generally harmful to cover the creative process entirely with them. Therefore, we create internal procedures simpler to keep the innovative and creative component in the engineering core.

We like to make decisions with all the information we need. We think about cause and effect, whether deciding next year’s goals or where the ‘buy’ button on an item should be placed. We use mindfulness and attention to detail to reduce user frustration and abandonment.

Effective communication with others involves clearly explaining the reasoning behind our decisions, even if those decisions are not to make a decision. When it comes to our work, having clear explanations and understanding of "Why" something is done a certain way is essential for building trust and fostering positive interactions.

A creative process is very difficult to fit into a much-needed commercial framework. That's why we try to take a rational approach to shape internal processes in order to maintain creativity and high-quality results, while building a profitable business. Reputation and long-term relationships are more important than profit
We build long-term relationships with our clients and make decisions based on this principle. Our goal: is to cover all the design tasks of our clients and be their design partners: to deeply understand their business, be part of their team, and be clear and transparent with our clients. Our dream: clients come and don't leave.

Choosing between customer centricity (adapting to each client), product quality and operational excellence (minimising costs), we choose customer centricity and the high quality of our product. We work on operational excellence but after the first two.

When we say that our reputation is perfect, it does not mean we are perfect. It means that when we make mistakes, we honestly admit them and manage the changes and consequences. We are sincere and honest with ourselves and our clients and accept full responsibility for our work.

Relationships between people are more important than documents. For us, this means that agreements are more important than contracts and that knowing how to negotiate in difficult situations is more important than knowing the law.

We care about our client's money. We understand the value of money and plan projects to achieve results with minimal investment. When deciding on any aspect of a project, we take into account not only the cost of implementation but also the cost to our client of putting the solution into practice.
